Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

 

We offer a 100% satisfaction guaranty on products offered on our website. If you are not satisfied with any of our products that you have purchased from us, we will give you a 100% refund (excluding delivery charge and adjusting for any offers that may have been given to you at the time of purchase of the products). Product Returns for refund must be received back into the warehouse within 7 days from the date of purchase. When returning goods, please provide details like your name, your customer code, order number, date of purchase, name of the products, payment mode and the reason for returning the products.

 

 

Can I return, if my product is damaged / defective /missing part in product?

 

 

Yes, Customers may notify us of any manufacturing defect or damages within 72 hours from the delivery. We will replace the defective/damaged product with a brand new product at no extra cost. We will replace the specific product ordered. However, we will not return the product or replace with other product you want to order. Damages due to normal wear & tear and negligence on part of the customer is not returnable at all. Courier charges in this case will be beared by us. Customer will get a hassle free replacement in this case.

 

Where to notify, in case of problem with an order?

 

 

In case of any problem in the order, you can mail us at [email protected] , we will try to revert you with the solution within 24 hours of your mail.

 

Will I get the refund if by mistake I have made the payment twice?

 

 

Yes we will provide you with the full refund of the amount you have paid by mistake. However, if the product was already shipped, then we will provide the refund after deducting the courier charges.

 

What if I receive a duplicate / not same product?

 

 

You can mail us at [email protected] , we will replace the product with the actual and original product you ordered. Courier charges in this case will be beared by us. Customer will get a hassle free replacement in this case.

 

What is the procedure of Refund?

 

 

    1. Once the resolution is set for refund, we will soon move ahead with the refund.

 

    1. Refund will be done by the same method we received the payment in. In exceptions, we may ask you for the account details.

 

    1. You can opt for store credit as well and use the amount for future purchases with us.

 

 

Note – Product should not be damaged.

 

Mode of Payment – Online Transfer, request routed through payment gateway.

 

Timer Duration – Refund will be initiated only within the 7 days from the date of order.

 

 

Cancellations Policy

 

You can cancel your order by dropping an email or by call on the same day of your order before 5 pm. Your entire order amount will be refunded.
